I have a more in-depth Adopt TOS here; all the same rules apply.
All sales are considered final and refunds will not be given. Buyer agrees to all terms once payment is complete.
Anyone who breaks or disrespects my T.O.S/design terms of use will be blacklisted.
My closed species such as Avisaurs or creatures of my world, Somrauria, have different rules. Please see their species FAQ/TOS to learn more.

Feel free to modify the design however you wish: species, color, anatomy etc.
Edits of the original artwork are also completely ok! No permission needed. Credit is still required.
You may not use the adopt design as a base for other characters.
Adopts are intended for non-commercial use, however there are exceptions. If you are unsure what this entails, please contact me.
Prints, plushies, stickers, fursuits and other merchandise as sold by a small vendor is allowed, however permission is NOT granted for use by corporations, large companies, or major media franchises.
Reproduction of my artwork for commercial/profit purposes is prohibited.
You may not, under any circumstances, claim the design as your own work.
Credit is required wherever my artwork is uploaded.
Credit for the design is not always necessary but it is greatly appreciated!

You are free to trade/gift/transfer the character however you wish.
Reselling is allowed however you may NOT sell the character for more than it was purchased.
In cases where the character is being sold with additional artwork, selling the adopt at an increased price reflecting the value of added artwork/commissions is permitted.
