All customers are automatically expected to have read and to abide by these terms.

Do not upsell my designs — do NOT sell them for more than you got them for + the true value of any additional art.
Do not use or submit my art in non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, ai programs, or future inventions in the space. Using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
My art may be used to promote your brand/self, but give credit to me as the artist and/or designer. Failure to provide proper crediting to me, especially if someone asks, can result in a blacklist.
