Likes: Flying, technology, literature, time away from others. He also enjoys being referred to as "Olliver", rather than the acronym he was given. The reason for this abnormality is supposedly unknown.

Septr is a cybernatically modified and enhanced biselti -- An alien species imported to Earth in the mid 2200s.

He is tracker who is tasked with hunting down machines and hybrids who have either escaped and gone rogue from the laboratory in which he himself was raised, or specimens that are otherwise desired by his superiors for experimentation. Despite his small stature, Septr is quite strong due to the robotic skeleton that most of his organic bones were replaced with. He is also capable of stunning his targets with jolts of electricity.

While some do not believe him to be a sentient being, Septr is fully capable of feeling complex emotions and making his own decisions when left to his own devices. However, his mind can be reprogrammed and his emotions temporarily disabled if his superiors deem a lack of conscience necessary to the efficiency of his task. In such cases of lost control and emotion, his eyes are entirely blue with no discernible iris and eerily devoid of life. Needless to say, the knowledge that his mind can be tampered with is usually enough to keep him in line, and while he doesn't exactly enjoy doing his job, occasionally disturbed by the brutalities that he is forced to commit, he doesn't dislike it enough to rebel against his creators.

Despite what the acronym given to him would suggest, there are bits of Septr that are not entirely synthetic. Most of his brain, skin tissue, and some internal organs are his own. Much to his creators' irk, artificial intelligence of Septr's caliber is not yet possible. Making modifications to an organic subject was necessary to produce the desired result. Therefore, Septr is not technically an AI, but a cyborg. Many either aren't aware of the differences though, or are otherwise unconcerned, and he often finds himself being referred to as an "it" and treated as nothing more than an object.
