Selene

[[WIP]] Selene grew up in Hell alongside Damian, being one of the lesser Demons with much less status, but betrothed to his brother who eventually would succeed the family's titles and businesses. Being the same age they naturally formed a close friendship, and Selene did not realise Damian was trans until he had already escaped from his family to Earth. She confronted his family about it, who insisted that they could not risk their reputation for their son, and enraged, she broke off the arranged marriage to Damian's brother and fled after him to Earth, spending years searching for him and having no success. By the time she actually caught up with him in 2021 he had already met the others, and had set up a small home in the ruins of the office building.  She begged him to return because the wrath of his family could reach the Earth and beyond and if he cared about his friends he would protect them, but Damian explained to her that they were not known by the government and therefore would be almost undetectable-- hence why she had not been able to find him for so long. He encouraged her to stay because, likewise, if his family knew she had found him then she would be a target, especially after causing a scandal by abandoning the betrothal. Selene was reluctant, and didn't fit in with the others well, but she stayed anyway. The only person she really clicked with was Lise, and they would often go on food expeditions together because their combined skills made them an ideal pair for theft and escape. While doing this, Selene caught feelings for Lise, but has yet to reveal this to her or any of the others, even Damian.
