His eyes can literally change to whatever he wants (although sometimes they may change like,,, subconsciously??), he was not born with those abnormalities he was actually like super boring and plain before the incident.

His tail is made out of strings, the durability and strength of them depends on his health. He has 2 horns that's sort of look like a jesters hat. When he is. ot using his tail for puppeteering he has it tied up with a bow.

You can draw him either feral or anthro!! both are very welcomed!! As for clothes, any circus themed/ringmaster/puppeteer themed clothes work. Please draw his eyes however you want, they can literally be anything so go crazy!
