Scintilla never stood out much among others of his kind in Hell, despite being among the rarer NeonPunks. So unnoticeable in fact, that nobody even noticed when he left to the human world, hoping to find a purpose in bringing happiness to others, and maybe then he could be happy.

While in the human world, Scintilla recognized a model who was rising in popularity as another Neonpunk, named Peache. Remembering his kind nature and interest in nursing, Scintilla decided to seek him out, and unsurprisingly was able to find him volunteering at a hospital. Scintilla notices the overworked and stressed NP, and approached him by offering a tablet pill to help. Peache recognizes Scintilla as a NeonPunk, and accuses him of trying to give him a XTC drug made by another NP. But Scintilla assures him he didn't know what he was talking about as he only recently came to the human world, and made his own kind of magical Pillz while in hell in hopes of helping mortals with their illnesses and everyday health issues. Peache is hesitant but takes the tablet, and is instantly relaxed and relieved of his tiredness and stress. He apologizes and thanks Scintilla, and the two introduce each other as Scintilla explains his goals. Peache decides to help due to his fondness of nurturing others, and encourages Scintilla to start his own business, using Peache's online influence and professional connections to help Scintilla get his startup.

Peache first helps get Scintilla a local source of magical ingredients from a NeonPunk witch named Alisxtarr, who also supplies another NP Peache pointed out before. Peache warns that the other NP, Moxen, owns a night club where he distributes a magical candy he calls "XTC" (Xtremely Therapeutic Candy) that fills someone with joy and excitement as a means to "help" others while spreading his party lifestyle. But he would possibly see Scintilla's Pillz being an alternative as competition. Peache uses the club as a place to lay low and distributes XTC to people he knows in exchange. But now that there's something that's more beneficial to human's health, Peache decides to give up his safe haven to help Scintilla's goal of making others happy. With Alisxtarr's resources and Peache providing some leftover XTC for studying, Scintilla gets to work.

Within the month, Scintilla launches his new online business called "Treat Yourself". Offering various vitamins and "Pillz" meant to replace medications at a cheaper price. Products including blue tablets for helping with depression, yellow tablets for anxiety/stress relief, purple tablets to help with insomnia and lack of sleep better than melatonin, red capsules that works as an all around antibiotic , blue capsules to instantly relieve pain, etc. With a little help from Peache's connections and working as a spokesperson, and Alisxtarr using his magic to "persuade" health and drug administrators to pass and approve of Pillz, the busniess begins skyrocketing. With positive reviews pouring in, saying how Treat Yourself has greatly changed their health and life for the better. A joy begins to fill Scintilla from being able to bring this happiness unto others, feeling like some sort of an angel rather than a demon.
