Ownership:
- Upon receiving full payment, you have full ownership of the design. You may use the design for any personal purposes. The design may also be used for commercial purposes (merchandise, advertising, etc) but credit must be provided in some form. Commercial use does NOT include the minting of non-fungible tokens(NFTs).
- You may alter the design at any time. Make sure to credit additional designers if applicable.
- I retain the rights to my original artwork and may use it as an example for commission sheets or my portfolio. The original artwork may not be used commercially in any capacity. To use or alter the original artwork, please contact me for permission first (I'll almost always say yes!).
Resale:
- Traded or sold designs are both permitted to be resold or re-traded, no additional artwork required. You may decide your own price.
- Gifted designs are only permitted to be resold or re-traded if there is additional artwork.
- All designs may be re-gifted any time.
