Do NOT buy/sell/trade my design on the amino app, also do not use my art there. I have been let know people using my art there. 

Redesign are 100% okay as long as it not turned into something offensive (racist/CP/R*PE/etc) and still need to be credited to me.

Using my design for offensive or discriminating purposes (including depiction of r*pe/CP/Zoo-shit/etc) are strictly prohibited. 

NSFW design must be owned by people over 18 ONLY.

All design are personal use only. 

You cannot resell a design by me for more then you bought it unless you have commissioned extra art. Do NOT sale a design you got by trade.

You cannot "OTA" or "BTA" or "auction" off any of my design. 

Turning my design into CS are allowed feel free to ask for permission. You must proof your CS slot to me beforehand. If the edits are small I might be okay with doing edit for free if I can. 

Design edit: I do not allow anyone to edit my art directly. Feel free to redesign a design of mine as long as you do NOT edit the original artwork! I don't edit previous/older commission artwork tho.

GENERAL/ART TOS

DO NOT sell ANY of my art/design/adopt/doodle/sketches/etc in NFTs or any crypto currency.

Commission are not first come, first served; I reserve the right to not accept your commission request if i don't feel comfortable or i'm not able to work on it, and to work with clients whose order i feel most passionate about as it directly influences the quality of the product 

Do not add your watermark on my artwork; edit my artwork in anyways; trace or copy in anyways; pretend you did the artwork; do not make an original species out of a custom design or adoptable made by me. 

If you do like (to me) to edit or give alt version (ex: transparent background) of my own adopt (if you are the owner of say adopt) you can dm and ask for it. If the edits are small I'll do these for free if I still have the original file, bigger edit will cost extra money. 

All artwork, adopt, custom, design and commissions are personal use only. I do not allow comercial use.

You must be over 16 to commission me. And you must be over 18 to commission NSFW artwork. 

I, as the artist i still reserve all rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio and etc. 

The commissioner or owner (of a design of mine) is allowed to use the artwork commissioned/owning on their socials and other personal use, repost must be made with proper credit (@bingosidying on all socials!). On the other hand; I do not accept none commissioner AND commissioner to repost or use any artwork of mine that are not commissioned/owned piece.

I do not allow chargebacks or paypal disputes; for any issue or if you'd like to discuss a refund, you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concern you may have. You can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire. Total refunds will be available if I haven't started working on your commission or if I won't be able to complete your order.
