He doesn't hesitate to talk about matters that happened from his native timeline, but people usually think he's talking about utter nonsense and laugh him off nervously.

Most proficient in using handguns, Ianto is also skilled in hand-to-hand combat. The moment he runs out of ammo, he can drop his gun and swiftly move into trading blows with his fist instead. The guy also possesses an array of unusual gadgets, but he's reluctant to use them. Since they're modelled with future technology, he considers them one-time-use. Ianto appears to be attached to his gadgets and such, thinking of them as the sole ties he has left to his original time.
