Part of the Octarian Forces, he left when hearing the Squid Sisters play during the final fight against Octavio. He lives with his frend Cass now, but is still suffering from some PTSD related issues as well as simply not being a particularly smart person.

He has absolutely no object permanence at all, making it possible for him to forget he was even talking to anyone, which makes it hard for him to do anything in battle at all.
