* Don’t resell for more than what you bought it for unless it has commissioned art or art made by you
im a strong believer in personal artwork adding value, base it off your prices!
* Don’t trade/sell my designs if you received them as a gift
* Don’t trade or sell my designs to people I have blacklisted (ask about my blacklist)
* Do not sell my designs if you got it from an art or character trade
* if you purchased a design by me via a character/money voucher, please only re-sale it for another voucher of that value, unless you have added to the design (commission work/personal artwork)
* Feel free to redesign the design but don’t edit it so much that you can hardly tell the difference between it and the original
* Don‘t color pick or take heavy inspiration from my designs
* Don’t steal or take credit for my designs
* Credit me here or on any other sort of character gallery place if you decide to have the design up publicly
* Don't use my designs for hateful or harmful content (pedophilia, nazi stuff, homophobia, etc)
* If you're reselling or re-trading, don't impose your own rules onto the design; the only rules that anyone is obligated to follow are my own
* if purchased from me, all sales are final; i don't do refunds, sorry!
I'm always happy to edit the original artwork, so if you want the ref tweaked to a redesign, toss me a single kofi and send me a note!
