Design Terms of Use
IF YOU RECEIVE A DESIGN MADE BY ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS
- You WILL NOT resell any FREE design you got from me, unless you get extra art for them. if you do so you will be blacklisted.
- You can sell a design you bought from me, but wildly inflating the price will get you a warning or blacklisted if the behavior is continued
- if you design flip (buy/recieve a design, make a single artwork and then resell it) you will be instantly blacklisted
- commercial use comes with the design! once its yours you're free to do whatever with it, just credit me at least once for the designs on whatever website it is used. (this will be revoked ONLY if you block me. I just want to know where my designs era going)
- redesigns are fine
- Hiding a design is fine, just contact me when you do so, I just wanna know where my designs end up.
DO NOT:
- Claim my characters as yours
- Draw hateful content (I.e. homophobia, racism, transphobia, etc)
- Add or remove features (horns, scars, etc). You are allowed to add scars and bruises when drawing gore.
- Draw my characters in any sexual context (it makes me highly uncomfortable)
- Genderbend my characters
- Whitewash or blackwash my characters
- draw gore of my ocs
- Outfit redesigns
- simplify patterns if complex
- credit me as the owner of the oc
