- You may only sell a design you previously purchased for the same price you bought them for. Commission prices may be added as well. CS TOS overrides this rule, however, please refer to the CS' TOS for appraisals/how to price a resell.
- Please ASK before making CS aus or redesigning my designs into a CS design, or voiding my CS designs Please do not get upset if I don't allow it.
- Do not edit my art without asking me for explicit permission. I do not allow large edits of my work period, and I MUST be credited for the original artwork in the uploaded edits. ex. Voidmajyks (original art), editinguser001(edits)
- My designs are NOT for commercial use (Merch, VTUBER Models, Webcomics, Youtube Videos, etc) unless we discuss otherwise for a one-time licensing fee. My CS designs are NOT for commercial use, ever.
- My Designs and Art are NOT to be used in NFT creation of any kind. I do not support NFTs, I am not a Jackass Moron.

CS design TOS may override rules above, but please DM me on this account or any of my linked accounts if you have any questions!

THESE USERS SHOULD NOT EVER GET MY DESIGNS, please do not trade to them. knowingly trading to them will result in a blacklisting for you as well. I’m open to giving my reasoning IN DMs if absolutely necessary, but they’re mostly TOS issues, or are personal and a bunch of things that broke the camel's back. I do not blacklist people Willy-nilly.
