shoeb is a head and some shoes, when you draw him, you can choose to give him a body or not, i just had to fill the pixels with something, he's just kinda only supposed to exist as a head with a mullet and some teal shoes~

shoeb is very mysterious, seeing as he's legit just a head and pair of shoes. he is simply trying to vibe, as best he can with a fraction of a body. he's kind and friendly, but will kill a bitch if it means he gets what he wants.
