Backstory
Rover was sold as a child slave to a powerful witch, she used his werewolf blood to experiment with it, mixing it with her familiar demon's blood to get an even stronger guardian: now his blood is cursed and closer to that of a demon's blood than a beast, absorbing who once was the witch's familiar as part of his own mind. He was tortured in unimaginable ways, resulting in his body covered in scars, he was constantly locked up for his bad impulsive behavior and lashing out in anger. Rover escaped-- tortured by his own blood and constant nightmares, he uses the sword that is calling for him, until he eventually loses control of it. After attacking a group of adventurers in an unconscious rage taken over by the blood demon, then getting taken care of, he finds a new home. He swears an oath to himself to protect them until his death.

Doesn't hold a clear opinion, thinks of her as weak and too dependent on others.
