After being attacked by Cherry, Milo took Yin-yin in after finding her in an alley way where she was left to die without limbs. Milo replaced Yin's missing parts with robotic arms and legs, along with her jaw. Although Yin being older by 3 years, she sees him as a father figure and has lived with him and Vincent ever since.
Milo, like Cherry, can be a psychopath at times, but he has better control of it.
