Rosie is a young adult, uses he/she/it pronouns. He's also a transmasc lesbian, was born in Hoenn and has a master rank in the cuteness category of pokemon contests, but no longer does them. Travels frequently to Sinnoh, Kalos, Alola and Pasio. Hopeless romantic, loves to bake and often volunteers for people around the Hoenn region. Easily irritable and tends to be a bit dramatic, however this is mostly in battle.  Suffers from extreme paranoia and anxiety, and often sacrifices it's own happiness for others.

Good friends with Steven, Wallace, Lisia, Archie and Maxie. Often trains with them and occasionally helps Lisia train for contests. Admires both Diantha and Cynthia. In a romantic relationship with Karen.

Enjoys learning about mega evolution and often studies it with Steven (and on her visits to Kalos) and Professor Sycamore. 

Note: Often times pokemon are switched in and out of their respective teams, but Rosie's main battle team is the one he uses as his champion team.
