He's the only son of an old king of a kindgdom devastated war. His ancestors were vile lions with intense desire to expand their kingdom, causing great conflict with adjacent prides, leaving a few tired lionesses and almost no cubs to carry the future generations. His father put a stop to this and now tries to maintain the peace and train his son to be a good ruler.
A very smart and curious cub, Isanti started his trainign since very young. Eager to raise his cub into a proper educated prince Mtunza started teaching him at every opportunity he could, sometimes eve taking his playtime. As most lions his age, Isanti's father found a suitor for him in another kingdom, a young lioness named Shida. Despite doing everything in his power to befriend her the two had an antagonizing relationship since th first day, were the new lioness disliked her new pride an the prince alike. Isan'ti soon realized trying to marry her (or even befriend her) was not a possible matter for the time being, as her strong, combative personality and frustration with her new life only made things more difficult. She refused his offer to be scorted back home, feeling unwelcome anywhere she went.  Isanti then realized she ha been treated as a stranger her entire life. He decided to stop pursuing her and siply gave her a comfortable place in the kingdom. Now with a more open mind and proper respect from her peers her clever and excited personality started shinyng, and the two soon became friends, getting proper marrieage months after
