Alisie is Inukai's twin sister. She loves her brother dearly though she wont admit it and finds his manic energy drinking habits to be a problem. she knows it's one of the few things that makes him happy though so dispite her concern for his health she tries not to nag him about it to oftan and instead finds other ways to try to improve his health.
