Lillian The Jackal is a young adult, at the age of 21. Though an adult, she still acts very immature and often tries to lighten up situations with jokes. She can be quite clumsy at times, often dropping small things or losing her balance, though she is a hard worker. She originally worked as a police officer, mostly stationed to observe traffic or investigations into small-time gangs. Her work partner was her long time friend, Kiplin The Fennec Fox. Together, the two climbed the ranks quickly and gained much experience in the field. It wasn’t long before a recruiter from the Military Organization G.U.N. took notice of their talents. Lillian and Kiplin were soon recruited by the agent a few months later, and after passing their training with flying colors, they too became seasoned agents of G.U.N. After a few more months gaining experience through field missions, intelligence was discovered on Lillian's older brother Zero, aka Infinite The Jackal. Suspicion arose as she was accused of assisting Infinite in many crimes. Though it was untrue that she was assisting him, she had lost all contact with her brother after the disappearance of The Jackal Squad, a mercenary group assembled by her brother and good friends. A long while after their disappearance, she assumed that they had all been eliminated. She was constantly looking into the case of the disappearance, yet coming up empty-handed or with little-to-no evidence. After a few months she was forced to drop the case, yet that didn't stop her from continuing to investigate. One of Lillian's associates, a G.U.N. Agent known as Jacob, never dropped suspicion of her and often spread rumors. This led to many other agents strongly distrusting her. Lillian's friend Kiplin was the only person who stood by her and took her side throughout the entire debacle. However, Kip’s reasons were not rightly ordered. Kip had developed romantic feelings for her friend and long-time partner. Kip’s unhealthy, obsessive tendencies also did not help the situation. She had become madly obsessed with Lillian, but unfortunately, Lilli did not have the same feelings for Kip, feeling that she only wanted her for selfish and shallow reasons. Lilli continued to deny Kip’s advances, trying to keep their relationship healthy while also trying not to hurt her friend and partner too much. Unfortunately, Kip would not take no for an answer. Unstable and overcome with malicious emotions, Kip murdered Jacob and framed Lillian. Kip felt that if she couldn’t be happy with Lilli, then Lilli didn’t deserve to live a happy life either. Heartbroken at her partner’s betrayal, Lilli realized that she would have to go into hiding in order to survive. She ended up burning down her house after transferring the equity into an untraceable account before disappearing and being declared dead by G.U.N. She would hide from society and end up joining a small-time gang. The unofficial leader of the group, Breaker The Dire Wolf, knew her from her days as a Police Officer and a G.U.N. Agent.

In her time on the Police Force, Lilli was tasked with capturing Breaker’s Gang and bringing them to justice as one of her earliest assignments. However, before capturing them, Breaker showed her that they were not interested in hurting anyone unless necessary for survival. Breaker and his gang felt that they didn’t belong in society and wanted only to fly under the radar, committing only minimal crimes and taking only what they needed. As a result, Lilli decided not to capture Breaker’s gang, secretly filing false information about the gang going into hiding and becoming untraceable. Breaker then became Lilli’s trusted informant during her Police Force days, and a close friend during her time as a G.U.N. Agent, even when her own co-workers doubted her. (Breaker would later become a love interest in the future). Now that Lilli was on the run, she needed a place to stay, a place to call home. She realized that she was more like Breaker and his friends than she had first thought, and pleaded with him to help her in her time of need. Breaker agreed, given that she had also helped him and his friends when they needed it most. Lilli became the 5th member of Breaker’s Gang and she began her new life, determined to expose Kip and other corrupt Government Agents and prove her innocence. Due to her parents being exposed to large quantities of Chaos Energy, Lilli had developed unique powers. She learned to use these powers and develop strong abilities with them during her time as a Police Officer and G.U.N. Agent. Lilli had been born with special eyes, eyes that were powered up with Chaos Energy. This energy allowed her to predict her target’s future movement with 100 percent accuracy, provided she could follow the movements. As a result, she was able to manipulate Chaos Energy from rounds fired from her weapon. Lilli had worked as a talented sniper for G.U.N. In fact, her test results and work in the field had earned her the nickname ‘Flawless Sniper’. This was due to the fact that she always hit her target with 100 percent accuracy. In fact, Lilli had never missed a shot in her career, given that her eyes not only had the ability to predict future movements, but the ability to manipulate the Chaos Energy from her sniper rifle, curving it slightly and correcting its course mid-shot in order to guarantee an accurate hit. While lacking a bit in physical strength and hand-to-hand combat skills, Lilli is a skilled sniper and a dangerous force when in her element. Despite being betrayed by the Government, she will stop at nothing to see that true justice is served.
