Kraisiline

Once was a lizard whom escaped from it's owner's cage. Once free, it found it's way outside. It was winter, and due to the chilling cold, it died quickly. A spirit took pitty on this lizard, and brought him back to life, forming with the lizard itself. This changed it's form, into one of water and cold. He now wanders the cold winter nights leading escaped pets to warm places to sleep for the night. During the summer he also makes sure they also have water and protection from the harsh summer sun.

Their body gives off a chilling temperature. Their body goes through all the states of matter, starting with liquid and ending in gas.
They are not in control of the gas part of their body, which would be their tail.
Their feet leave a trail of water as their toes are actually mostly made out of water.
