• Style: Norri wears what he wants, having  little regard for how others view his sense of style.  While he  typically dresses in monochrome colors, he's lenient on the types of  clothing he's wearing.  However, his hat that is modeled after the one  Ingo (and previously Emmet) wore for their jobs as Subway Bosses is a  must (although it's not actually identical in style to the ones they  wore).

Of his parents, Norri is more similar to Emmet in that he's cheerful and  childish.  Not that Norri knows this, having almost no memories of the  man from the brief time they had together while Norri was a young child.

 Personality

• Focused: Norri has tunnel vision for the topics he's interested in, throwing himself into his passions whole-heartedly. His strongest interest lies in mechanics, which a focus for motorized vehicles and trains.
• Cheerful: Norri is an upbeat person, usually in a good mood with a smile on his face. As a habit he picked up from his mother, even when he's bothered by something, he tries to cover it up by remaining cheerful. Albeit he doesn't have the ever present smile act down the way Emmet does.
• Polite: While not the most sociable person, Norri is polite and friendly, a habit Ingo in particular stressed to him as important when interacting with others. This leads to Norri feeling like if someone asks him for help on something, he should assist them to the best of his abilities, regardless of any benefit to himself. Helping others is simply the right things to do.
• Cocky: He's very confident in his own abilities, to the point of being overconfident. Despite mostly ignoring his abilities as an exorcist, when called on to help, he'll use them without hesitation. At most, he’ll complain about having to help out with "ghost-nonsense" and not mechanics like he actually wants to help with. Because he normally ignores his abilities though, this does lead to them not being as powerful or controlled as they otherwise could be. Something that eventually comes back to bite him in the ass down the line.
• Off-Putting: While this is more true for people less close to him, either due to his  parentage or just his overall aura, most people find him a bit off  putting upon first meeting him.  He's friendly and polite enough with  strangers, but his overall vibe can put others on edge, even if they can't place exactly why this is.

 Trivia

•  - His name, Norri, is a pet form of the English name Norman,  meaning "northman."  I wanted something loosly direction themed like  Emmet and Ingo's names, and I liked how Norri sounded similar to Nobori,  Ingo's Japanese name.
•  - His surname, Pullman, is a reference to Pullman railway cars.   Given Ingo and Emmet's connection to trains through their role as Subway  Bosses, something train themed seemed fitting.
•  Originally he was just straight up the biological son of Emmet and  Ingo, but as I thought better of the idea, I wanted to change his  parentage while keeping the unnerving origin.
•  - While his true passion lies in working on trains, Norri has  strong supernatural abilites.  He can both see and communicate with  spirits, but what is perhaps more useful is his latent abilites as a  exorcist.  For quite some time, he rejects these abilities to focus on  mechanics, but throught a series of events, grows to feel more confident  in using and honing them.
•  - While not an inherent spirit magnet, his abilities do lead to him  feeling comfortable around the supernatural.  He may not be interested  in anything to do with the supernatural, but he’s never felt afraid of  his abilities or the things he sometimes sees.  Even the entities that  lurk in the subway system are more like odd passersby to him.  Almost  like weird neighbors, if they’re ones he sees consistently. 
•  - His abilities as an exorcist/medium are due to whatever his  biological father is.  In some sense, he and his "sister" were born to  be vessles for this entity to interact with the world more directly,  Emmet having made a deal with said entity in future for getting his  brother back.
•  - From a design standpoint, his main outfit is somewhat inspired  from Raidou Kuzunoha from the Devil Summoner series.  It was this design  motif that ultimately lead to the exorcist angle for Norri's character,  as a callback to Raidou. This in turn inspired the cult backstory for  Ingo and Emmet, as a way to explain why their child would have odd  abilites in the first place.
