A champion endurance horse with unwavering determination and remarkable stamina, Mbalenhle is a disciplined and focused athlete whose presence commands respect in the stable. Her standout trait is her unwavering determination, which drives her success but can sometimes manifest as stubbornness, making her unyielding depending on her mental state and her rider's ability. Her versatility as a Range Trotter allows her to excel in various disciplines, focusing effectively on each task. Alongside her tenacity, she maintains a calm and reserved demeanor that stabilizes those around her, though she can be impatient with those who do not meet her high standards or are hesitant to learn.

As a caring broodmare, Mbalenhle is deeply protective of her foals, ensuring they have the best start in life. She especially cherishes her interactions with her daughter Minenhle, with whom she enjoys peaceful trail rides. She embraces her role as a mentor, guiding younger horses with a balance of authority and observation.

Mbalenhle's favourite thing is sunbathing and getting fat grazing in her pasture with her herd. Though she loves the thrill of endurance racing, and now cross-country, she values her peace and quiet even more.
