Dylan's a saniwa from the USA, coming from Montana from supporting and loving parents. Somehow, Dylan went from horseback riding as a child to go karting and racing. When not suffering in her Engineering degree, she's often tinkering with her own devices. She likes helping others, whether it be animals or people and has won a few science fairs that help aiding the disabled. She still isn't sure how she became a saniwa really, but it probably started upon attending a international science fair while in Japan, which caught the government's attention.

Being a saniwa, Dylan's a little bit of a late bloomer, still learning the ropes of being a proper one. Since the job seemed important, Dylan took it up after some talk with her parents. When on the field, she wields a Naginta, since she was so used to wielding ones during color guard during high school. They often referred to Dylan as a jack of all trades–, which she sometimes struggles with. Sometimes she's bad at micromanaging, but she's able to get it done.

While she doesn't go with her associates on surveys, she sometimes joins them on horseback on longer sorties. Dylan tends to overreport her findings to the government, so they don't ask too many questions. Mostly so they don't know she's adding in a go kart racing track at her citadel, or building machines to help production faster. When attending her citadel, it's a little on the modern side. She takes care of her swords like they're her family, since it was rather big back home.
