Umbra was once a fairly respected lawyer, mostly prosecutor against those accused of violent crimes. However once Asmodeus got word of the lesser demon's skills and intelligence, the demon lord was quick to spirit the fox away from his life in the judicial system. He now works as the man's personal assistant, and ensures that Asmodeus's contracts are not only air tight, but also the most effective that they can be against any of his clients. And with his ability to read other's memories and relive the most impactful parts of their lives, it's no wonder that Umbra knows how to make a deal really hurt.
Personality
Unsympathetic and just as unempathetic, Umbra comes off as rather disinterested and crass at times. He really doesn't care too much for pleasantries, and instead prefers to focus on things as if they were a manner of business. It's quite rare to see the fox demon emote much at all, save for when he's touting about how he 'knows everything' or when someone pulls a fast one on him and his anger seeps forth.

- In his sparse free time, Umbra enjoys collecting candles. His room in Asmodeus's lair is a literal fire hazard because of his massive collection.
Design Notes
- Like Vix, Umbra has very cat like eyes. His pupils will dialate when he's frightened, excited, or fixated on something.
- The eyes on his tail and in his ears act of their own accord, and are able to look around on their own. They will focus in on something if Umbra is hyperfocused on a particular person or object.

The demon lord that Umbra currently works for. Despite Asmodeus's strange ways and fascination with upsetting others, Umbra really doesn't mind the man. Though he does mind all the ridiculous little tasks that the other is constantly making him do...
Murmuur [ Acquaintance ]
Another demon lord that Umbra knows through Asmodeus. He hasn't had enough interactions with Murmuur personally to truly understand how the man works, but the fox is more than aware enough to know that the other is more than a kind soul lost to the sea of sin. There's a darkness in those icy eyes.
Vix [ Acquaintance ]
A regular customer of Asmodeus's and fellow vulpine. Umbra cares little for Vix and his charms, and the pair share of sort of mutual resentment towards each other. Though, they act civil enough when around each other... at least in the prescence of the demon lord.
