Takes her role in society as an Annie pretty seriously. It would be very difficult to convince her to hide her blessings, or to not execute her blessings' energy too much. Brims with a greatness, yet also a calamity.
Personal note
Cecily is my first Annie MYO, thus my oldest Annie. But only now am I very satisfied with her design. Her old design has really amazing art that I still absolutely adore, though!
