Blacklisted users are not allowed to have any designs of mine, unless already in current use. If they are ufo in any way, shape or form, I WILL require for them to be handed back to me. Please make sure nothing I have made goes to them, and I will not allow others giving designs of mine to them. This will result in a possible revoke of said design, followed by a block. To reiterate; any designs not used, or UFO from these users are required to come back to me with no negotiation around it.

1.) Please make sure that no designs of mine go to any blacklisted users. This includes premades, adopts, and customs. Failure to follow this will result in a blacklist, and I will ask that the character be handed back to me.

2.) Ask before selling anything I’ve made for money. If there is no extra art or anything, I highly ask that they don’t get sold for any type of value.

3.) You can use colors from any of my designs, just make sure to ask before doing so! This goes for referencing my art as well.

4.) Do not copy, trace, or try to steal any of my designs. This will result in an instant blacklist.

5.) You are allowed to change any undesired parts of my designs that you get! No need to ask, since I won’t be butt-hurt about it. Just not too much to where it looks nothing like the original.

6.) If you decide to post my art anywhere, ask permission first, and let me know where you plan to post it. Make sure to give me credit for anything you get from me.
