creepy omnipotent god who's a bit of an asshole

going for a scrawny kinda malnourished look with this guy but it doesn't matter too much to me, you can draw him as a hulking bara chad or a fluffy little creature if that's what your heart desires

note: he doesn't have any blood so all flesh/organs (including tongue) are a sort of translucent white. has all the same organs normal people do but they don't serve any function since he doesn't need any of them to survive
