you can resell, retrade, regift, idc! just don’t sell for more than what you paid unless the character comes with more art! (also applies to traded designs)
also feel free to redesign/whatever, i don’t mind! just be sure to credit me for the original design.
blacklisted users do not have access to my designs and are required to trade/sell designs by me they own asap. it is very very hard to get onto my blacklist so please respect these rules bc theres really not that many.
