Hanou is an advanced AI, accomplished astronaut and Technology engineer. They were created by Dennis Carter with the intended purpose of becoming an assistant to Carter's, and other scientists, endevours. The original blueprints and early builds of Hanou were built by Carter and his late friend/mentor, ██████ ████. Hanou's initial creation was a huge success for Carter which eventually led to his current job and workshop.
Throughout their life they've gone through a few different models/bodies with the current one being the most advanced as well as Hanou's favourite. The current body Hanou resides in is partly based off of their co creator ██████ ████. Whilst Carter is the primary designer of her bodies, he worked closely with Hanou to make sure the designs and specifics were to their liking.

Hanou actually chose her own name! It was one of the first activities that Carter created to test it's sentience. They partly based it after their co-creator.
Their favourite colours are yellow and blue.
Taught herself to lockpick after reading about complicated padlocks and getting too invested.
They adore any kind of feline but especially house cats. Hanou often attempts to convince Carter to get a cat for the workshop but she's yet to succeed with the pitch.
Can generally repair themselves though they do occasionally need help from Carter.
They were designed with a screen for a face to better fix things. When her hair is plugged into a device their face can switch between their 'actual' face/emotions and a visual representation of what they're doing within the device!
Lives with Carter but sometimes stays at the facility overnight, either because they have some stuff to finish off or sometimes the residents will ask them to stay (plus the charger at the facility is a lot faster than the one at home and generally leaves her feeling more energetic).

Their hair is made of cables/wires that mimic the look of locs! She mostly keeps it in a pony tail with a shorter strand at the front but feel free to play with hair styles. The outer cables and "shaved" part of their head is covered in a flocked texture and is soft to the touch. The gold part that connects into ports can retract into the casing to avoid damages.
Hanou doesn't have traditional human features, instead relying on a screen to emote! They can create their own expressions/images to display but also have access to any images/gifs avalible on the web.
Their Entire body is encased in a durable prosethetic skin that protects their electronics and inner components whilst also allowing access to inputs/outputs. This is most noteable on the back of their neck where usb ports are located as well as their torso which allows access to their power source, internal circuitry and a few other components.
Unsure if the black part with stripes is their skin or a body suit. For now, please just draw em as in the ref! Will probably make a few outfits for them at somepoint.
Carter and Hanou are very close. He was the key component in Hanou's development and has always treated them as an equal. After the loss of his mentor and his eyesight, he became somewhat dependent on Hanou after their persistence to let her take care of him.
Hanou takes it upon themselves to look after them and make repairs when needed. They enjoy eachothers company when they're able to hang out and help eachother remember to relax and not over work themselves.
With both being created by Carter, the pair have a lot in common and became close surprisingly quickly. They have similar jobs and are often seen hanging out together (S0ck3t usually perched on Hanou's shoulder). They often help eachother with their jobs and work together to keep Carter safe and alive.
Hanou and Claudia essentially grew up together surprisingly, Hanou is 2 years older! They get along very well and have always considered eachother siblings.
The pair get on well and Hanou enjoys showing her around the facility as well as showing off their current findings/projects.
Another resident at the facility that Hanou helps take care of and document. Hanou sometimes acts as a sort of therapist for Felix and tries to help him manage his anxiety better. Outside of that the two get along well and enjoy hanging out.
Hanou finds Zaap very fun to hang around and thinks they're very sweet. Zaap often tells Hanou stories and is ecstatic that they listen and seem to enjoy it.
Most people in the facility fear or detest Taiyō but Hanou is an exception. The two of them have a similarlly sarcastic sense of humour and aren't afraid to, lovingly, make fun of eachother. Due to how close the pair have gotten, Hanou has basically taken over the tests and paper work of Taiyō's endevours.
Though they occasionally clash due to a difference in opinion, Hanou generally gets along with Leo and enjoys his company. Hanou enjoys listening to him tell stories and tell jokes.
Thinks they're a little bit of a menace at times but still enjoys hanging out with them and talking. Often gets dragged into Ball's games.
