*By owning a design from me, you agree to the following rules below, and may be blacklisted if you break any of the following:

READ THIS ABOUT PERSONAL ART WORTH

-I do not allow co-ownerships.

-My designs are not allowed to be used for commercial use (I.E. monetary or intentions of monetary comics, merch that is for selling to others, etc). No exceptions.

-Do not make fusions of my designs. This also includes twins or siblings. 

-Do not use my art or designs for NFTs or AI or any of the sort.

You can make designs bad people but the second you make them groomers/pedos or zoophiles, you are being blacklisted immediately and I will strongly encourage you to return them to me. I will not force you or revoke it, however I am EXTREMELY uncomfortable with this sort of content & would rather refund you & take my design back.

-Do not sell it to off-site users or individuals unless they have a toyhouse as well. I can provide a code if needed.

-Do not accept, trade, or take my designs on Amino, I am not on amino nor do I condone or allow my designs to be on that site. If you see my designs on Amino, please message me so that I may or may not confirm that that character is owned by that person.

-All designs stay on toyhouse. You can only own a design of mine if you have a toyhouse. Do NOT trade/accept offers from offsite unless they have an active toyhouse.

-Do not sell for more than what you paid for, if you didn't pay, you do not sell it. Personal art/gift art/traded art does not count, but can be used as trade worth (I.E. you can ask for extra art offers, and trade add ons).

-I do not give refunds once you buy the design.

-Do not trade/sell/gift my designs to blacklisted users. If a blacklisted user possesses my design, they may keep it if they paid but are strongly urged to rehome it

-Do not add your own rules to the designs. (I.E. "must be returned back to X if no longer wanted!", etc)

-Do not use my designs for hatespeech, propaganda, harassment, etc.

-You can do whatever you want with the design but please do not delete the character profile or ANY pieces of the art I created for it. I need to keep my art for future commission examples or to help identify future thieves. 

-You may not make any of my designs CS unless you ask me beforehand! Some CS I have a heavy distaste for due to the creators/owners, so I'd just like to be asked first

*By commissioning me, you agree to the following rules below:

-Please give me a maximum of 5 months to complete your commission. I do have a personal life and sometimes it gets difficult to find the correct time to do your commission, I will communicate with you as much as I can!

-No refunds after a sketch has been made & started

-Any user that chargebacks will be blacklisted and will be written of a PSA. If you'd like a refund before the sketch is made, you can request one.

-Some commissions I will not send wips to unless requested by the commissioner

-Do not delete any art I create for you, or if you do, please send it to me beforehand, regardless of the circumstances. I need an archive of my art, it's important to me for several reasons including theft.

-You may use my commission for personal use only (I.E. personal posters, personal keychains, personal shirts, personal plushies, etc). You are allowed to make small edits (filters, lighting, etc), but do not make edit changes to the original art (changing hair editing lines, etc). Do not profit on my artwork.

-I do allow the commissioner to line and colour their sketch commissions. You are allowed to ask another person to colour it in. 

-Please do not trace the commission and/or claim it as your own.

-Do not turn my work into propaganda, hatespeech, etc.
