Bingo is friendly, happy, and selectively mute! He loves to hug and cuddle, and make noises! Popping, “buh”s, and pleased little hums are his favorite, but he’s also been known to whistle at random intervals too. Very innocent and childish, when Bingo gets excited it’s a BIG excitement! Full-body wagging, happy hums, and tail thumpies! He just wants to roll around on the floor and make friends!
