This is Perfect Child, or more commonly known as PC

He's a very young demon who has just ventured out into the world on his own and is learning how best to cause havoc now that he's here. He's mischievous and childish but more playful than actually malicious. He can transform into just about any animal but it will always look slightly off (eg/ unnatural eye colour [blue or pink] or pelt pattern). His favoured forms are a domestic cat or red fox. 

In his human form he is physically a 12 year old boy and usually wears a very simple white tank top and blue shorts. He hates shoes and will never wear them. His eyes are a reddish pink with a catlike pupil and he has prominent canines.
