Cynthia Neogen

Cynhia was the subject of a lot of bullying in school, without anything there to keep her safe. She hated it- she wanted to be different, to feel better, not to be hurt anymore. A friend, Yiven, helped her! He told her that she could always run away and join the circus- so she did. Sort of. It isn't very far from Seiseki, but she feels so much more free with the Carnival.

She's actually opened up quite a bit since joining! Even landing herself a boyfriend, a fellow performer named Reginald! She adores him, even if he's a bit silly- especially with his little burnt up whiskers. She's still a bit nervous in general- but once she's onstage, she becomes a completely different person, confident and exact in her movements!
