Crystal Drake (WIP)

Just gotta get this written down real quick:

Wild magic mutation caused him to grow these crystals on his body that have a high mana concentration. He is a tinkerere by trade. 

Somehow discovered:
1. Their magical potential
2. He can implant them in people to make them stronger both magically and physically. They don't grow their own crystals usually but they do slowly grow draconic traits. 

Now runs a gang of misfits he helped. Sure he helped people but now they are just really powerful and chaotic roaming robbers with a base somewhere in a cave in the mountains. He isn't mean per say, but he doesn't really care what they do. There are red lines about not just going around murdering, stealing from the poor, etc. But generally everything is free game and they cause chaos and experiment with crystals to make themselves more powerful.
