Honestly I don't see any reason why I would want to prevent you from doing anything with a character you own. By default you can regift, retrade, resell, redesign, make another form of, or do whatever else you want to do with all designs of mine.
However. If I have gifted a design to you/you got a design for free, you are only allowed to gift it to someone else unless you add more art- of value- to the character.
Additionally, since I have designed, created, or drew art of this character, I have the right to post the art elsewhere as an example. Please be comfortable with this.
