Design Terms of Use
If you buy, you're the owner of Funkey! Congrats! :D Here are the terms of use;
- You're free to use existing art of them for personal use, except art of the character together with someone else's characters. This is because these artworks are very personal for me and my friends (as "Funkey" used to represent me directly).
- Whilst you can use the character however you want, I would strongly prefer if no NSFW art is made for them. I can't stop you, but the character represented me as a child, thus making it a bit uncomfortable to me!
- If you resell (no more than bought value unless extra art makes up for it), I'd love to know! Again, can't force you to tell me, but this character is important to me, and I'd love to know where they go! :)
- You can change them design- or personality-wise however you wish! Name and so on as well.
✅ Feel free to change the design as much as you'd like! Just don't remove my credit as the designer, even if they are heavily different from my original design.
✅ You can resell, gift and trade characters bought from me! Just do not resell it for a higher value than you bought them for if no new worth is added.*
⚠️ Please never use my designs for ""pro-shipping""-related themes or purposes. This includes feral NSFW and "problematic themes" for purely sexual enjoyment. Sorry if this seems unreasonable, but those things are sore topics for me and make me extremely uncomfortable, and I don't want my name associated withany part of it.**
⚠️ Please never use my designs for NFTs or crypto- nor AI-related purposes.
* I do not track characters I have designed's true monetary worth, and you can resell for a higher value than it is worth in commissions etc., to account for sentimental value. This rule is just to avoid people buying just to re-sell them. So in short; do not resell for more than you bought it for from me if nothing new has been added, but you do not have to track their exact worth beyond that for future resales.
** You can use character made by me for stories that involves dark topics, but I do not want my name and designs associated with these themes in a way that is romanticizing them for sexual pleasure, or ""pro-shipping"".
