Needs a new name - came with the name barreleye

Very walrus like behavior, minus the aggression. This guy is slow and just exists around the beach area. Moves around by flopping and rolling. Doesn't swim as much as you'd think but occasionally goes in for mouthfuls of seaweed.
Hangs out near the surf shack and bothers Salt on slow days (most days). Salt tolerates his insistent company - annoying when he's around, lonely when he's not.
Talks too much - asks questions and doesn't really listen to the answer. Starts sentences with "Why don't you just" and what follows is never simple or even really good. He doesn't mean anything unkind by it, he just doesn't think about what he says much.
