1) you can edit my designs to your liking but you must at least wait a month! but PLEASE keep them somewhat similer to the old design.. I spend alot of time on my adopts.. to me when u redesign them it shows me u didn't like their design to begin with so to me it shows me that there was no point for u to get my design, but otherwise they are yours and belong to you and so you can do what you would like with them

2) by trading/selling etc a design to me, you give me permission to edit said oc and do what I would like with it. If you have tos on that oc, you must inform me BEFORE you give them to me

3) Please keep my designs on toyhouse (don’t trade to non-toyhouse users unless it was a design from off of toyhouse like Twitter or Instagram (discord does not count in this list.. to adopt my designs from discord u still must follow this rule)) 

4) if you receive a character that has specific TOS for the character itself please do not break them.. you will be blocked and put on blacklist right away as soon as i find out...

5) do not trade my designs away right away, you must wait at least a month before you retrade a design of mine unless i say it is ok..  

6) if you break any of my TOS I have the right to take back my design and put you on the blacklist.. im not playing when it comes to my designs, its not a game

7) please ONLY trade my designs for what you get them for.. the only exception is if u get more art of them including paid artwork like commissions

8) if you don't like a design I've made for you TELL ME dont go behind my back and give them away right away.. number one ur breaking my tos and number 2 that's Just plain out RUDE.. if you tell me we can work it out and I can redo the design.. even if my design doesn't look difficult they still take 2 hours or more.. it hurts me when u say that.. again DONT go behind my back if u dont like a design from me

9) if you offer art you have a limit of 2 weeks to send a wip and get it fully complete if u need more time please tell me 

10) do NOT say "anyone on my toyhouse" if YOU ARE NOT WILLING to give up some ocs on ur toyhouse.. if u have some off limits please state which ones are off limits

Some Blacklist info

if you are on my blacklist you may not own any of my designs.. even if it was from someone else.. if i find out u have traded one of my designs to someone on my blacklist you will then be blacklisted as well

if you already own a design from me for at least 2 weeks you can keep them.. but if u are on my blacklist and recently got a design by me before 2 weeks you will not be allowed to have that design.. sorry :/
