Chaksha hatched from a strange yin-yang kind of egg that had a bunch of crystals growing out of it. When he hatched, he had a strange habit of always collecting little shards of crystals whenever he got the chance. At some point, he wandered away from the group for a couple of months.

When he returned he was quite the sight. Large wings made of crystal fragments and shards sprouted from his back, yet they weren't connected. Were they controlled by his very rare power? It is believed so, but they act a lot like regular wings. Even when he's asleep, they will morph and move like normal wings. It is unclear if this is because at least one of his three minds is always active or if it's because the wings are actually a part of his body.
