Bio/Backstory:

A high flying and cheerful resident of Doodlesville! His presence often uplifts others literally and figuratively. And he can seem like his head is full of air, spacing out most of the time while floating around without a care in the world.

When there happens to be someone in need of reaching somewhere high, he’s got your back! His trusty balloon head can sustain quite the amount of weight, but please don’t pop it! It doesn’t hurt him, but it does get slightly annoying for him.
