he's based in the environment of the #Fallout games and he's a Raider in a junkyard, he's always on guard and on watch of the junkyard of the wasteland. His brain is insanely radiated but somehow still lives although of course everyone has to get use to the Wasteland's nuclear radiation. His friends (group of raiders) are cannibals when needed to eat since his group usually eat the Commonwealth's creatures. But will kill anyone approaching their territory. Sometimes may try to force you to pay them to keep your move on and if you don't they'd just kill you anyway. • a British junkyard raider...Kestrel was once before a Vault Dweller 116 , so he's practically over 200 years old. He's never encountered any other Vault Dweller over 200 years like himself from being frozen. (his tattoo says Day N Nigt)
