Stanley has little to no common sense. He's not clever and he's certainly not street-smart. He's still young and learning the world but, without guidance, he's stumbling over everything that is thrown his way. He lacks any type of formal education and it's very obvious to everyone.

As a street kid, he is often overlooked. Nobody wants to make him their problem. After 15 years, Stan had become accustomed to this. There was no reason for him not to accept this norm but oh how he wished someone would stop and ask him if he's okay because, honestly, he's not. He never asked to be born into this world. But he was. And that sucks. He just wished he could have the life that so many others had. They look down on him as if he is dirt on their shoe and he looks up to them as a 'what if'.

With everything he had been through, mental illness swarmed his brain. Questions constantly rattled him because he had no answers to them. Why wasn't he good enough? Why did his parents never love him? Why? Why? Why? Maybe he deserved all of this. There was no other explanation for every failure that had befallen him.
