I genuinely love their design, and they bring me comfort, like a stuffed animal. I'd absolutely consider him a comfort character since he seems so lovable and squishy. He kinda reminds me of Tigger the tiger from Winnie-the-Pooh. That's what adds to the comfort factor since Winnie-the-Pooh was my favorite show as a kid

Fig has long weighted arms, they use them to hug and comfort those who are stressed. 

He often smells like essential oils. Perfectly balanced, not too strong as it can quickly become overwhelming, and not too weak, as it might not provide enough calming effects.

What he smells like depends on who you are and how you feel. He typically smells like lavender, but when others are experiencing feelings of anxiety or depression, they can faintly smell something comforting. Maybe a favorite food or memory.
