Lishan

Lishan means award. This was not his birth name; that name was forgotten or lost and he doesn't identify with it anymore. He had taken upon himself a quest to hunt down the bad Uuk'oks who had hid away in the plain known as ukumbi wa paradiso. For this, his people rewarded him the name "Lishan". He was awarded the contract to hunt down this terrible enemy that had destroyed their home. Despite Uuk'oks having gotten away, he kept the name. It was a reminder of what he was doing here. What his purpose was. Perhaps when it was finished, the meaning would shift to that of a prize.
