Padmavati

Padmavati was born from a magical mishap near a pond. A spell "gone wrong" was casted on a flower, which eventually bloomed to reveal a baby mermaid. Padmavati grew and learned in the pond, raised by fairies and woodland creatures. When the pond began to feel too small for her, Padma ended up committing a risky escape. During a stormy night, the ponds, rivers and lakes overflowed, creating a current that dragged Padmavati along all the way to the open sea. It was a bit of a painful journey, but she made it to a place for fitting for a growing mermaid like her. While it was difficult for ner to adapt to a new place, she eventually made it through.
