Kibwe

Kibwe means blessed in Swahili. The lion with the unusual coat had been a blessing unto his parents. The small boy was born during a blizzard, his birth long expected and thought impossible. The small cub grew quickly with a thirst for knowledge and a longing for adventure. While some of the other cubs (and even adults) teased or commented on his unique pelt with what appeared to be snowflakes on his gray-blue fur, he was unaffected by their jesting. He liked how he was different from the others. He often remembered his names meaning and how he was blessed to be alive.
