Hami means defender, patron, protector, supporter, show favor. Having gone through quite the ordeal with his first son, Sefu wanted to have a more serious approach with his second son. As his family named him something he should be proud of, he wanted to name this son something he could be proud of too when he was grown. With support not only from his parents but also his unofficial aunt, Ubatili, he grew into a strong and fierce knight. As a matter of fact, it was the role he was given after his run through Kuja Kwa Uzee, the coming of age ceremony. He often thinks of what his name means to him and how he can go about portraying that to others. He wants to be a protector of those he cares about and loves. He wants to support those in his pride. A defender of the lions and lionesses around him.
