Jay Verran

He was adopted by another mocchi after the war against the mutant king.  Having to hide because of his mutant origins, he usually vibes in the forest behind his father's mask shop.

He is frien, he love flower, he can (and will) give many hugs. 

Jay only bites/scratches when severely provoked and always feels horrible afterwards, leaving either flowers or other trinkets next to/at the house of whoever he's hurt a little time afterwards to not be seen.  
His magic can only effect himself and reacts to his mood when being used.  Usually he's about 8 feet tall, but he can use the magic to shift to the standard 1~3 foot size.  If, however, he's feeling upset or in any way uncomfortable, the magic may become unreliable, either making him grow back to his natural size or shifting around uncontrollably (like someone's playing with the size slide on a character creation screen).  He's still trying to get it under control, but he's making very slow progress.
