If a design of mine is sold to someone without a toyhouse profile I will either provide a toyhouse code or I will keep the designs toyhouse profile on my account. This profile will be marked as sold and just be a placeholder so that I know the design was sold.

relating to the abusive part, i understand backstory purposes but i mean do not use my designs to romanticise/promote abuse in any way shape or form.

You may redesign designs by me! you can change species, form, design features etc, just keep my credit for the original designs

Do not credit other users for designs by me, redesigns must be recognisable. If you want a new character make one, do not change my designs to look completely unrecognisable please.

Do NOT hide my art/original design please. simply say it is out of date/no longer the design.

If I ask you to message me before you get rid of a design, actually message me. The likelihood is that I want the oc back if it’s ever ufo, but even if not, I think asking for a message before a design is sold/traded is fair as the person who created said design.

If these people own my designs and you see them for sale, please let me know. These ocs must only be sold/traded to me.

Ohvom/Ohvomm * was asked to message me before selling an oc, did not ask and got aggressive when I simply messaged being uncomfortable that a traded character was being sold

MawsterINC/CryptidPixies * sharing private and personal vents, and subsequently criticising said vents

KingSira (KingSira#2529) * sharing of private and personal vent to critisice, agreeing that i was faking a serious situation (i was not, simply didn't post evey single update online bcs that's not what i do)

Ssyber/MonsterSnax (Ssyber#5732) * was in the group my vents were being shared in, saying things like they don't trust me, and that I only use my card for expensive things. Don't see you being my bank, do not make assumptions.

Ozzie on discord (dont know the i user) * being in the groupchat, calling me a bitch (twice), saying I want free money, they don't trust me, I do not know this person in the slightest so don't really know why they feel the need to talk about me in such a way. (imagine gettimg free money by doimg comms/selling ocs,, you know, stuff people do,,, to make money.
